Jenna Jameson (born Jennifer Marie Massoli on 9 April, 1974) is an American pornographic actress. She is one of the most succesful female porn stars in the world, sometimes given the unofficial title "The Queen of Porn".
Biography
When Jenna Jameson was 18, she began stripping in local clubs where she made some contacts and started shooting nude layouts for men's magazines.
Two years later, Jenna Jameson began looking towards the adult film industry as her future and appeared in a few movies before meeting Steve Orenstein , the owner of Wicked Pictures .
The pair struck a deal, and within months Jenna Jameson had exploded onto the adult arena, having an exclusive contract with his company.
Within the space of one year, Jenna Jameson had won the 1996 AVN Best New Starlet award, the XRCO Starlet of the Year award, and the FOXE Video Vixen award.
Jenna Jameson is the only performer in the history of adult entertainment to win the best newcomer award from all three voting organizations. Surprisingly, she was battling a crack cocaine addiction during these times.
Jenna Jameson has since branched out to an extent, making cameo appearances in some mainstream movies such as Howard Stern's 1997 film Private Parts.
In 2002, Jenna Jameson provided the voice of a porn star called "Candy Suxxx" in the popular computer game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Jenna Jameson is the author of the 2004 book How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale, her autobiography (ISBN 0060539097).
Jenna helped launch Vivid Entertainment 's V2 Division, which has grossed over $1.2 billion in sales and revenues; she reportedly earned $72 million from the sale of her company.
Jenna Jameson currently resides in Arizona. Recently she was featured on CNNfn in a segment which showed her new Gulfstream jet and the home in Italy that she is currently building.
